  • Where are your products shipped from?
    We have warehousing capabilities in the US, Europe, and Asia. Through various partnerships, we can ship worldwide. We maintain strong supplier relationships in the UK, Germany, Ukraine, and the USA.

  • When will a specific item be restocked?
    To be notified of a product restock, go to our Contact Us page, fill out the form, and include the message "Email Me When [Product Name] Is Back in Stock." You will be notified once the product is restocked.

  • My item was damaged upon delivery. What do I do?
    If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us on: support@ecomxwithin 48 hours of delivery for a resolution.

  • Tracking shows 'Delivered' but I did not receive the item?
    In rare cases, a shipment may show 'Delivered' but not be received. Check with family members or neighbour's who might have signed for it, or contact your local post office. If you still cannot locate your order, please contact us at support@ecomx.io for assistance.

  • Are you continuously updating your product range?
    Yes, we are constantly looking for new colors and designs to keep up with our customers' needs. Our goal is to offer a variety of styles that suit different tastes and preferences.

ORDERS

  • How long does it take to process an order?
    Most orders are picked, packed, and handed over to our shipping partners within 1-2 days of receipt. Some orders from certain warehouses may take 3-4 days to process. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number.

  • When will I receive my order?
    Shipments to the US, UK, Australia, Canada, and internationally can take between 5-15 business days. You will receive your tracking number to check exactly the delivery date.

  • Do you have a return label for replacements and exchanges? Do you refund the cost to return the item?
    We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all products, allowing for returns or exchanges. We do not charge additional shipping or restocking fees for replacements. However, shipping costs are non-refundable.
    We do not provide return labels. Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We do offer a full refund for the products.

  • Can I cancel or make changes to a placed order?
    Contact us at support@ecomx.io to request changes or cancellations. Please note that our fulfillment center processes orders quickly to ensure timely delivery, so the window to change or cancel an order is short. We will do our best to assist you.

  • Do you offer free shipping?
    Shipping is free for all US orders over $70.

  • International Shipping
    Please not that shipments outside the USA may incur customs fees based on order value, country limits, and other factors. Oh So Chic is not responsible for any additional fees for international orders. World Tracked shipping takes 5-15 business days.
